Safe Play

Responsible Gambling
at pak345

Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — nothing more. pak345 is committed to providing Pakistani players with the tools, information and support they need to stay in control. This page explains every resource available to you and how to use it.

18+
Adults only — 18+ or the higher minimum required by the operator/licence jurisdiction. Local laws in Pakistan may restrict gambling.

Need help right now? If gambling is causing you distress, financial difficulty or harm to your relationships, use the self-exclusion tool in your Account dashboard immediately. Contact our support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a link). You do not need to wait to reach out.

How pak345 Supports Responsible Play

Responsible gambling is not a compliance checkbox at pak345 — it is embedded into how the platform operates. These are the principles behind our approach.

Player-Controlled Limits

Every pak345 account comes with deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls and wagering limits that you set yourself. These are always accessible from your Account dashboard — not buried in a help article. Changes to increase a limit apply after a mandatory cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.

Self-Exclusion That Works

Self-exclusion on pak345 takes effect immediately upon request and is not reversible during the chosen period. Exclusion periods begin at 30 days and extend to permanent closure. During exclusion, you cannot place Wagers, deposit funds or receive promotional communications. Support assists with all exclusion requests promptly.

Reality Check Alerts

Session reality check alerts notify you at intervals you choose — every 30, 60 or 90 minutes — showing how long you have been playing and how much has been wagered in that session. This simple reminder helps maintain awareness and perspective during extended play sessions.

Under-18 Protection

pak345 enforces strict age verification. No one under 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by the operator/licence jurisdiction — may register or use this platform. Being 18+ does not make gambling lawful in Pakistan; age is an operator eligibility threshold only. Users must comply with applicable local law.

Spending Awareness Tools

Your Account dashboard shows a full transaction history including all deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, wins and losses in PKR. Knowing exactly where you stand financially is a core part of responsible play. We make this data clear, current and easy to find at any point during your session.

Supportive, Non-Judgmental Help

Our support team is trained to respond to responsible gambling concerns with care and without judgement. Whether you want to activate a limit, request a temporary break or explore self-exclusion, you will be helped quickly and professionally — in English, with Urdu-language assistance available through select Help Centre channels.

Your Responsible Gambling Toolkit

Every tool listed here is available in your Account dashboard right now — no waiting period to activate protective measures. Here is what each one does and how to access it.

Deposit Control
Deposit Limits

Set a maximum PKR amount you are permitted to deposit over a daily, weekly or monthly period. Once your chosen limit is reached, no further deposits can be made until the period resets. Requests to lower a limit take effect immediately. Requests to raise a limit are subject to a mandatory review period — this is intentional.

Access: Account Dashboard → Responsible Gambling → Deposit Limits
Loss Protection
Loss Limits

Define the maximum net amount you are willing to lose in a day, week or month. When your cumulative losses hit this threshold within the chosen period, your Account is automatically restricted from further wagering until the period resets. This tool is particularly useful for players who want a hard financial ceiling on their play.

Access: Account Dashboard → Responsible Gambling → Loss Limits
Wager Control
Wagering Limits

Set a cap on the total PKR amount you can stake across all markets per day, week or month. Separate from loss limits — this controls total money staked, not net outcome. A useful additional safeguard for players who want to limit total betting activity volume regardless of wins or losses.

Access: Account Dashboard → Responsible Gambling → Wagering Limits
Time Management
Session Time Limits

Set a maximum duration for each login session. When the limit is reached, pak345 will alert you and prompt you to end the session. You can configure alerts at intervals during the session as well. This tool is especially valuable when following live cricket coverage — PSL, ICC or bilateral series — where session time can extend without notice.

Access: Account Dashboard → Responsible Gambling → Session Limits
Cooling-Off Period
Temporary Timeout

Request a temporary timeout from gambling activity for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a timeout, your Account is suspended for betting and deposits. Unlike self-exclusion, a timeout ends automatically after the chosen period. Use this option when you need a short break without committing to a longer exclusion.

Access: Account Dashboard → Responsible Gambling → Take a Break
Full Exclusion
Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion closes your Account to all gambling activity for a minimum period of 30 days, extending to 6 months, 1 year or permanent closure. It takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. Winnings from any Wagers placed before exclusion are settled normally; no new promotional communications will be sent.

Important: All protective limits (deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session limits) take effect immediately when set or reduced. Requests to increase or remove a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of at least 24 hours and may require a review. This delay is a deliberate player protection measure — not a technical limitation.

Recognising Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can develop gradually. Many players do not recognise they have crossed into harmful territory until the impact on their finances, relationships or mental health is already significant. Being honest with yourself about these warning signs is the first step toward getting help.

If you recognise more than a few of these patterns in your own behaviour — particularly over a sustained period — we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool or contact the pak345 support team at once.

Remember: Using responsible gambling tools is a sign of self-awareness and strength — not weakness. pak345 supports every player who takes this step without judgement, regardless of their Account history or betting volume.

  • Chasing losses Depositing more funds after a losing session in an attempt to recover losses — a pattern that typically leads to escalating losses rather than recovery.
  • Gambling with money reserved for essentials Using funds earmarked for rent, household expenses, travel or other necessities in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or any other city where you live.
  • Inability to stop at a predetermined limit Finding it consistently difficult to walk away when you intended to, even when you have hit the amount you planned to spend.
  • Preoccupation with gambling Spending significant time thinking about upcoming matches — PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, football leagues — primarily in terms of betting opportunities rather than sport.
  • Concealing gambling activity Hiding deposit receipts, transaction history or the amount of time spent on betting platforms from family members or close friends.
  • Borrowing to fund gambling Taking loans, using credit facilities, or borrowing from friends or family specifically to fund betting deposits.
  • Gambling affecting mood and relationships Experiencing irritability, anxiety or withdrawal symptoms when unable to gamble, or noticing that gambling outcomes significantly affect your mood or behaviour toward others.
  • Repeated failed attempts to cut down Having decided more than once to reduce or stop gambling activity but being unable to maintain the commitment without external support tools.

Quick Self-Assessment

Answer these questions honestly — for yourself, not for pak345. There are no right or wrong answers and no data is submitted or recorded. This is purely a personal reflection tool.

1 Have you ever continued betting after deciding to stop for the day?
Never Occasionally Often Almost always
2 Have you deposited more money than you originally planned in a single session?
Never Occasionally Often Almost always
3 Has gambling caused you financial stress or impacted your household budget?
Never Once or twice Occasionally Regularly
4 Have you felt anxious, irritable or restless when unable to place a bet?
Never Rarely Sometimes Often
5 Have you kept the extent of your gambling activity hidden from someone you are close to?
Never Once A few times Regularly

If you answered "Often" or "Regularly" to two or more questions: This is a strong signal that your gambling may be moving into harmful territory. We encourage you to activate self-exclusion now and reach out for support. You do not need to have a diagnosed problem to take a break — taking action early is always better.

How to Request Self-Exclusion

Requesting self-exclusion on pak345 is straightforward and immediate. There is no cooling-off period, no secondary confirmation hurdle and no waiting queue. Your Account is restricted the moment your request is processed.

Self-exclusion applies to the Account associated with your registered email address. Attempting to re-register a new account during an active exclusion period is a breach of pak345's Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent Account closure.

1
Log In to Your Account

Access your pak345 Account from any device. Self-exclusion works from both desktop and mobile browsers — pak345 is designed for the mobile-first experience most Pakistani users prefer.

2
Navigate to Responsible Gambling Settings

From your Account dashboard, select "Responsible Gambling" from the main menu. All self-exclusion, limit and reality check tools are grouped in one location.

3
Select Your Exclusion Period

Choose from 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Select the period that feels right for your situation — there is no judgement attached to any choice.

4
Confirm Your Request

Read the confirmation screen carefully and confirm. Your Account is restricted immediately. You will receive an email confirmation to your registered address. Promotional emails cease at once.

5
Contact Support If You Need Assistance

If you encounter any difficulty activating self-exclusion through the dashboard, contact the pak345 support team directly. Support staff are trained to process exclusion requests as a priority.

Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period — no exceptions. This is a deliberate protection feature. If you find pak345 marketing communications continuing after your exclusion is confirmed, notify support immediately.

Keeping Gambling Safe & Enjoyable

Most players gamble occasionally without it becoming a problem. These principles help keep it that way — they are straightforward, practical and worth revisiting periodically regardless of your current experience.

Set a Budget Before You Start

Decide exactly how much PKR you are comfortable spending before you open the platform. Think of it like a cinema ticket or a meal out — an entertainment expense with a fixed value. Use deposit limits to lock this in before the session begins.

Treat Winnings as a Bonus

Winning is genuinely enjoyable, but it should never be expected. Treat every session's starting budget as money you are comfortable spending regardless of outcome. If you win, that is a pleasant surprise — not a plan to replicate.

Never Gamble Under Stress or Intoxication

Financial pressure, emotional difficulty or being under the influence of alcohol or other substances impairs decision-making. If you are going through a difficult period — in Karachi, Rawalpindi, Multan or anywhere else — step away from the platform.

Keep Gambling in Proportion

Gambling should be one of many leisure activities — not the main one. If you notice it taking priority over time with family and friends, cricket viewing purely as sport, or everyday activities in your city, that is a flag worth taking seriously.

Understand the Odds

Odds reflect the probability of an outcome and include a built-in margin for the operator. No betting system, pattern or superstition changes the mathematical structure of a market. Every bet is an independent event — past results do not influence future outcomes.

Take Regular Breaks

Long uninterrupted sessions distort perspective. Use session time limits and reality check alerts to build natural breaks into your play. Step away from the screen between sessions — particularly during extended live-betting events like day-night cricket matches or multi-hour UFC cards.
