These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pak345 ("pak345", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pak345 website located at https://pak345.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, services, products and content offered therein.

pak345 is an English-language online sports betting and live casino platform designed for Pakistani users. All content on this platform is published in English. pak345 does not hold a licence issued by any Pakistani government authority and does not claim to be regulated, endorsed or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial regulatory body.

By accessing, browsing or using pak345 in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Your access to and use of the pak345 Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of: (a) your registration of an Account; (b) your deposit of funds; (c) your placement of any Wager; or (d) any meaningful use of the Platform's services or content.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual games, sports betting markets, promotions or payment methods, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the pak345 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Proof of age will be required during KYC verification. Being 18+ does not constitute confirmation that gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or where pak345 is blocked or restricted by regulatory order.
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, an Account that was suspended or permanently closed by pak345 due to breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer or agent of pak345 or any of its affiliates, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Each individual User may hold only one (1) Account on the pak345 Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts held by the same individual is grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances pending investigation.

When registering your Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Select a secure, unique password for your Account and not share it with any third party.
• Notify pak345 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account, whether or not conducted by you personally.

pak345 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that eligibility criteria have not been met or that false information has been provided.

pak345 operates KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures as a condition of its operational framework. By registering, you consent to pak345 conducting identity verification checks, which may include requesting documentation such as:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to fund your Account
• Source of funds documentation where the volume of activity warrants enhanced due diligence

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. pak345 reserves the right to suspend or restrict Account access and to withhold pending withdrawals during any open verification process, until documentation is received and assessed.

Funds deposited into your pak345 Account are held exclusively for the purpose of placing Wagers and participating in Platform activities. pak345 does not hold User funds as a financial institution and such funds do not accrue interest.

Available deposit methods are subject to change and depend on your jurisdiction, KYC status and operator policies. Methods commonly referenced in the Pakistan market context — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or cryptocurrency options including BTC, ETH and USDT — are referenced for informational context only.

You further agree that:

• All funds deposited are from a legitimate source and are not derived from unlawful activity.
• You will only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds does not guarantee the ability to withdraw in the same currency or via the same method.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as specified in the Platform's current deposit policy.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) full and satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (b) compliance with any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) operator-side AML and compliance review. pak345 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timelines.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in the User's own name.
• pak345 reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements for that bonus being satisfied in full.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as detailed in the current withdrawal policy accessible via the Account dashboard.
• pak345 may withhold withdrawal of funds where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or irregular activity pending investigation.

Processing times vary by payment method, account verification status and operational queue. Users should refer to the Withdrawal Processing Overview on the homepage for indicative category timelines, noting that these are illustrative only and not binding commitments.

pak345 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, referral rewards, birthday bonuses and other promotional incentives. All promotions are governed by these Terms and by the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

• Bonus amounts are illustrative unless stated as a current live offer on the promotion page. Any PKR amounts shown in promotional content (e.g., PKR 25,000 welcome bonus) are illustrative and subject to current operator terms.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus, using automated software, or colluding with other Users to exploit promotions, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent Account closure.
• pak345 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

All Wagers placed on pak345 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, league or market. In the event of ambiguity, the Platform's betting rules as published in the Help Centre shall take precedence.

• Wagers are final once confirmed on the Platform. Cancellation after placement is not available except as provided in specific in-play market rules.
• pak345 reserves the right to void any Wager where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, data feed failure, or technical malfunction that materially affected odds presentation.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, cancelled or abandoned, settlement rules specific to that market will apply as outlined in the Help Centre.
• Live in-play markets, including ball-by-ball cricket betting during PSL, ICC and bilateral series fixtures, are subject to additional real-time settlement rules.
• pak345 will not be liable for any bets placed based on information that was publicly incorrect at the time of placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak345 Platform and will result in Account suspension, permanent closure and/or forfeiture of funds at pak345's discretion:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, including accounts in third-party names.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing anomalies for systematic financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of sporting events on which Wagers are offered.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or account closure measures.
• Permitting or facilitating access to your Account by a third party, including a minor.
• Any form of coordinated bonus abuse or promotional exploitation.

pak345 cooperates with law enforcement agencies where required and reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. Identification of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate and permanent Account termination without prior notice.

pak345 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling behaviour. The Platform provides tools to help Users manage their gambling activity. These tools are available via the Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week or month. When reached, further play is restricted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Define how long you may remain logged in per session. You will be notified when your limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily block your Account from gambling activity for a minimum period of 30 days, up to permanent closure. Self-exclusion is processed immediately upon request to support.
• Reality Check Alerts: Periodic reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.

All content on the pak345 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface design, software code, odds data, market structures and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pak345 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to: scraping, copying, reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Platform content; reverse engineering any software component; or framing or deep-linking to any part of the Platform without prior written consent from pak345.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak345, its officers, employees, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions, data loss or errors caused by technical failures, third-party data feeds, network outages or circumstances beyond pak345's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on odds, market data or information published on the Platform where such data contained an error.
• Consequences arising from your breach of applicable local law in relation to online gambling activity.
• Consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages of any kind.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pak345's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

pak345 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include: account management and security; KYC and AML compliance; transaction processing; fraud detection; responsible gambling monitoring; and service improvement. pak345 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of pak345 — including but not limited to disputes regarding Wager settlement, Account balances, bonus calculations or account closures — the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Initial Complaint: Submit a written complaint to the pak345 support team via the Help Centre or by email to the support address displayed in your Account. Include your Account username, a clear description of the dispute and any supporting evidence. pak345 will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: pak345 will conduct an internal review and provide a written decision within twenty-one (21) business days of receiving your complaint. Where additional information is required, this period may be extended by mutual agreement.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the internal review outcome, disputes may be escalated to the independent adjudicator or dispute resolution body specified in the operator's licence terms, details of which will be provided in the response to your Step 2 complaint.

pak345 does not accept jurisdiction claims from Pakistani courts in relation to gambling activity conducted on the Platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

pak345 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via a notice displayed upon login or by email to the address registered on your Account. Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications and formatting changes that do not materially affect User rights — may be made without individual notification.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease use of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pak345's operating entity is incorporated or licenced, as specified in the operator's current licensing documentation.

By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, to the extent that such submission is consistent with applicable mandatory local law.
